Steal ASMR Controls & How to Play

PC, mobile, and tablet inputs plus the base actions you use every session.

Controls Hub

Steal ASMR! supports Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet. Servers hold up to 7 players, so clean movement and fast UI decisions matter as much as raw Speed. This Controls Hub explains how to move, steal, train on the treadmill, manage your base, and avoid common input mistakes. Pair it with Getting Started for the full first-hour plan.

Core loop (what every control supports)

  1. Steal eggs from the map and carry them home.
  2. Hatch eggs into ASMR squishies.
  3. Place ASMRs so the collection earns money.
  4. Upgrade the treadmill and base.
  5. Train on the treadmill to raise Speed.
  6. Steal other players’ ASMRs when you can outrun them.

Friend bonus: playing with a friend boosts income — invite someone before long AFK-style collection sessions.

Desktop (keyboard & mouse)

Exact keybinds can vary slightly with Roblox defaults, but expect this pattern:

ActionTypical PC inputNotes
MoveWASDStrafe while carrying eggs
CameraMouseKeep exits visible
JumpSpaceClear small obstacles
Interact / steal / pick upClick or proximity prompt (E / proximity UI)Watch the on-screen prompt
Leave treadmillJump / interact againDo not stay mounted when a steal window opens

Desktop tips

  • Bind camera sensitivity so you can check behind you while returning with a stolen ASMR.
  • Click prompts deliberately; spam-clicking can cancel carries.
  • Use Shift-lock only if it helps you track rivals — some players prefer free camera for base defense.

Mobile & tablet

Touch controls use Roblox’s virtual joystick and on-screen buttons:

Mobile tips

  • Play in landscape for wider steal awareness.
  • Raise graphics only if your device stays smooth; frame drops ruin escapes.
  • Consider a clip-on trigger or simply practice thumb placement — steal races are timing fights.
  • After claiming the free 10,000 speed gift (Codes), re-learn stopping distance; high speed overshoots prompts.

Treadmill controls

The treadmill is your Speed engine:

  1. Walk to your base treadmill (buy / unlock it when you have enough money — early unlock is a top priority).
  2. Interact to start training.
  3. Stay on the belt to gain Speed over time.
  4. Exit when a map egg or rival ASMR is worth chasing.

Upgrades improve training efficiency. Full strategy lives on Treadmill Speed. Do not AFK on a weak treadmill forever while your base sits undefended — Speed without income stalls.

Base actions & UI checklist

At your base you will repeatedly:

  • Drop / hatch eggs you carried home
  • Place new ASMRs into collection slots
  • Replace weak earners with stronger hatches
  • Sell fillers when you need upgrade cash
  • Buy treadmill and base upgrades
  • Watch approaches because other players can steal your ASMRs

Use the Hatch and Collect guide for income math and the Defend Base guide for protection habits. Value rankings sit in ASMR Values.

Stealing inputs (eggs & players)

Stealing is proximity + commitment:

  1. Approach the egg or the target player’s ASMR.
  2. Trigger the steal / pick-up prompt.
  3. Turn immediately toward your base path.
  4. Avoid stopping for low-value side loot mid-carry.
  5. Deposit at base before celebrating.

On PC, pre-aim the camera down your escape lane before confirming the steal. On mobile, recenter the joystick the moment the prompt fires. Deep tactics: How to Steal.

Early-session control routine (first 10 minutes)

  1. Like the game + join ASMR Creations if you still need the speed gift.
  2. Learn your base footprint and treadmill location.
  3. Steal the nearest safe eggs — do not cross the whole map on day-one Speed.
  4. Hatch, place, and buy the treadmill when you can.
  5. Train a short Speed block, then take one longer egg route.
  6. Only then contest player ASMRs.

Accessibility & comfort

  • Reduce camera shake / motion if Roblox settings allow and you get dizzy from treadmill loops.
  • Use headphones if ASMR sound design is part of the fun — but keep volume safe.
  • Take breaks; Speed grinding is repetitive by design.

Mastering controls will not replace good keep-versus-sell decisions, but bad inputs will waste every upgrade you buy. Warm up movement for a minute each session before you attempt a high-value player steal.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Steal ASMR questions.

Does Steal ASMR support mobile?

Yes. Steal ASMR! supports Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet. Landscape mode and practice with proximity prompts help on phones.

How do I get off the treadmill?

Use jump or the interact control again, depending on your device prompts. Leave as soon as a worthwhile steal appears.

What should I bind or focus on first on PC?

Reliable movement, clear camera control, and clean prompt clicks. Pre-aim your escape path before confirming a steal.

Why do I miss steal prompts on mobile?

High speed and small prompts cause overshoots. Slow slightly before the target, tap the prompt, then accelerate home.

Where do I manage placed ASMRs?

At your base collection UI: place new hatches, replace weak earners, and sell fillers. See Hatch and Collect for details.

Is there a friend bonus?

Yes. Playing with a friend increases income — useful while you train speed or defend the base together.
